• Reach out to your leadership team, inviting them to help carry responsibility. Ask what areas they feel called to support.

• Delegate at least one area (event planning, team scheduling, check-ins, stage setup, tracks prep, etc.).

• Schedule a meeting with your leadership team to cast a vision for shared responsibility, clarifying expectations for each role.

• Continue meeting with leaders quarterly or monthly to brainstorm and problem-solve,

• Pick your next growth path in the academy to keep momentum going.
