• Plan the event

  • Host in someone’s home (if possible, not just at church)

  • Provide food or plan a potluck

  • Include fun/games or small awards to celebrate team members

  • Share Vision Statement (read aloud)

  • Discuss Team Values with examples

  • Distribute Expectation Document, ask for signatures

  • Close with prayer, worship, and dessert/fellowship

• Prepare printed copies of all documents for you team

• Delegate logistical tasks to your core leaders (food setup, printing, etc)
